Hello FPA
i opened an account at lite forex
i deposited this account yesterday 400 USD
i got 120 USD bonus
i opened positions at EURJPY and left it more than 6 hours for hit TP
after it i earned and i had 1187 USD
i made withdrawal request for 1067 ( 1187 - 120 <bonus> = 1067 )
all profits canceled without any alerts



when i called arabic support he left me and didn't answer or helped me
when i sent message for amlpolicy <amlpolicy@liteforex.com>
them answered me this :
Hello. The Security Department of LiteForex has completed the checking on your accounts. Due to revision by the security and risk management departments of the Liteforex Group of Companies the significant violations of the Reglament of the Company, which were determined as fraudulent transactions aimed to get the illegal profit in the bonus program, were revealed on your account MT4-F- 96008. Illegal profit was cancelled. The initial deposit is available for withdrawal or further trade.

how i broke the rules for bonus program??

i sent explain request but them didn't replay me
please help me FPA moderator because u didn't list this broker scam and this reason let me opened account with them

M&Z, no one "let" you open an account with LiteForex. You selected the broker. There have already been many complaints over LF's very unusual (and highly unfair in my opinion) 10% rule here in the Scam Alerts folder as well as on Liteforex's review page. There have also been many complaints against many brokers (including LiteForex) over bonus issues. You need to ask LF to explain further about what rule they think you broke.

You can start by sending a PM to their rep in the forums.

مرحبا اخي نزار رايت مشكلتك بالامس بالمتداول العربي وقمت بفتح موضوع هنا يبدو انهم حذفوه وطلبو مني ان ادعوك لفتح الموضوع انا عندي نفس المشكلة مع هده الشركة النصابة ويوجد شكاوي كثيرة في هدا المنتدى لا اعرف ما الحل

أخى الكريم الموضوع لم يتم حذفه بالمتداول العربى بل نقلوه لقسم شركات الوساطة
بالنسبة لى فلربما لن أصل معهم لشئ و لكنى لن أتركهم فى موقع او منتدى
و خاصة ان الناس بدأت فى التفاعل معى عبر العديد من المواقع
سأكسر شوكتهم بـ 667 دولار فقط

Hello. The Security department has the evidences that you used the hedging of transactions in order to assign the bonus amount without the fulfillment of the promotion conditions. As far as the bonus program was aimed to transfer the bonus amount to the balance by honest trading, the company was forced to cancel the relevant orders.

like the previous message main reasons without explain or real evidences

i didn't made any hedging and them must provide us the evidences of it

them don't have the right to cancel orders for any clients

FPA should mark this broker as scam because that's so shame when we lose our profits without any reasons or rights

how i made hedging and with who and when?
and how the broker clear profits without any attentions or discusions?
and if the broker made something wrong so what's the next step?
