After reading the Terms and conditions and realized how wrong I was...
But, I had a very good conversation with Zurich Prime support team and they managed to clarify and resolve all my issues!
I am very glad we reached full understanding

Before finalizing this as resolved or not, I'd like a simple statement from YaloV.

"Any funds owed to me because of the issue I reported with Zurich Prime ______ been received in my bank account." Please fill in the blank with either "have" or "have not".
