@realfx calm down please and calmly present a timeline of the wrongdoing. This should include dates/time stamp and a brief summary of each wrongdoing.

Also upload some proof such as account statements, screen recordings (bandicam/thundershare) that can prove at least some of the events in your list of wrongdoings.

Also, can you provide the exact url that you used to sign up for an account? When did you do this?

The OP really needs to calm down and present a clear list of wrongdoings with evidence.
Please note that the website i am referring to is atfx.com NOT atfx.co.uk as this was as a result of a typo.

To cut long story short, see the attached screenshots of email exchanges during the period with dates that proves everything i have said above.

Also please note that i have invited them here to respond with the description you mentioned above but up till now they have not responded. Typical scammers attitude!!!!

I was an affiliate not a client so i cannot post reviews in the reviews page......says FPA administrators....they asked me to post here on scam warnings page since i am an IB/affiliate as they have stopped IBs/affiliates from posting reviews over a year ago.

I will see if i can add the broker's name to the subject of this posting but once again it is atfx.com i am referring to not atfx.co.uk

I would continue to build a clear, solid timeline of events. Then submit a complaint to the UK FOS. I'm sure the outcome will be positive, but plan on waiting 2-14 months.

I am happy to keep pushing and wait for justice as i also watch their reputation go down while they continue to refuse to resolve the issue and more and more people get to know what they have done.

I have complained to the FCA and they asked me to complain to the Financial Ombudsman which i have done also. I am still waiting a reply from them, been waiting for past 3 weeks now. I will call them tomorrow to find out if they got my complaint and the progress made so far to resolve the issue. Apparently, ATFX broker does not care about their reputation.....I have invited them here to try and resolve this shameful issue but they never said a word to me or even bothered to come here to explain themselves.....typical scammers attitude.
Did you receive any reply from the Financial Ombudsman yet?

Just recently after waiting for almost two months. They apologized though and said if i do not get feedback from ATFX about resolving the issue i should get back to them. This didnt sound serious to me because i made it clear to them in my report that i have been waiting for ATFX for almost 5 months to do the needful but they did nothing before i decided to contact financial ombudsman. I am still waiting further actions from them or ATFX. I hope UK who is the final hope of forex traders and affiliates are not trying to kill the industry by becoming sluggish over financial misconduct.....i just hope as this would be a final disaster to the market.

I did mention before be prepared for 2-14 months for the full resolution. I took into account that the broker might be uncooperative.

The email from FOS is as follows. The new head of marketing at ATFX replied recently also and said he wants to resolve the issue but its over one week now and nothing has been resolved still.
