It could be that dosputes up to June 9th are covered, or it could be that as of June 9th, the FDRS no longer would deal with anything relevant to the broker. Contact the FDRS and ask them to clarify.

Also, opening your own thread would be a very good idea. This thread is for a resolved issue, so your problem won't get nearly as much attention here.

Why do people keep asking for company recommendations inside of Scam Alerts?

No good company will want it's name listed in a thread complaining about a scam.
