RESOLVED - THETRADERSDOMAIN.COM IS A SCAMM!

We are running in circles here...

@The_Traders_Domain can you pls advise? Did you or did you not process the withdrawal? A simple answer with evidence please.
The client isn't even following instructions. This is not an email to process a withdrawal. Does anyone even read these posts?

The email is a pin code to activate his withdrawal from his side. I wish to know why no one is questioning what information this client is posting.

It is now Tuesday and if this client did this on Thursday why did he not mention anything all weekend here. Why did we wait this long. Crypto withdrawals happen same day usually within hours.

This is disgusting. Our management team is now watching this thread and is documenting this with our legal team. We are all thoroughly disgusted.

Time for both to calm down a bit, as this was obviously sort of misunderstanding. @ELTRADER99, company rules have to be followed, you accepted them at the time of account opening. Going immediately for scam label is probably not a smart thing, as money is going back. Being too nice to get what's rightfully your isn't either. So something in the middle would do fine.
@The_Traders_Domain , being too emotional in your posts is not professional looking for you, no matter the slander, insult or lie that is posted (speaking in general, not for this specific case). Try to cut down on 'legal is looking into this' approach too soon. That is always an option, in the end. Better to resolve the matter normally - like you both did now (we are positive you are about to process the withdrawal).

Hope this is about to be closed finally.

We are not being emotional. We are frustrated wasting time on something that shouldn't have been an issue. We have 1000s of clients deposit and withdraw.

Especially when the client received their first withdraw and we provided proof there should not have been an issue doing a second one.

And this is why I didn't close the thread. If I had, the report of the issue being resolved would never have been seen, and the thread would never have been marked as resolved.

If anyone has anything else to add, please do it soon. I'd like to lock the thread and move it over to Resolved Issues.
