I have requested for a withdrawal with Trade12 since 2 weeks ago. Til today I receive no update and my money is still in the platform. Have emailed them numerous times but they kept on telling me that my request is still in process over and over again. I would like to get the balance from my account, the initial amount plus the profit. Have emailed and chatted with the partner support same answer which is in the process til today. Please help me. Thank you very much.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Hello Anniez,

Please be informed that your withdrawal was not cancelled. The “Cancel” that you were seeing on your screenshot is a cancel button which you can use for your withdrawals if you decided not to proceed with it.

On the other hand, according to the Finance Department, your withdrawal request of 1,059.31 USD has now been approved. Kindly comply with your broker or contact support@trade12.com or concerns@trade12.com for more updates regarding your withdrawal.
