Can't believe your case 'Chinese Traders" nor take it seriously when you don't post any proofs on what you say!!

Anyone can come to FPA open a Scam Case, call a company scam, post sentences full of mystery words against any broker. To later say the broker fixed the case problem, and disappear forever!!

Personally, didn't open 2 cases against 2 companies(who proved Scams later) unless I had full clear evidences about its Scam and that took me '4 months' after the date of my withdrawal request.

FPA will stand with clients till the end against Scam Companies but not because a client didn't sleep well yesterday, had a fight with his honey or.. and all matched with a misunderstanding with the broker or company, comes quickly to FPA, open a Scam Case and call whoever a Liar or Scam or whatever bad words.

The least evidences are needed and we'll all stand with you if your case is REAL.

As mentioned previously, we do not discuss details of clients' trading publicly but since the client has decided to share with the public a trading statement we feel that further clarification is required. Profits and losses are not a subject for discussion since they are the result of trades that were executed on a specific price at a specific time. The point for discussion is whether the prices that the trades were executed are correct market price at the time of execution or not.

It is our aim to execute trades at the correct market price however in cases where prices confirmed are erroneous, such are amended to the correct market price not taking into consideration if correct prices are in clients' favor or against them.

Furthermore, it is the clients' right to question execution prices and it is Windsor obligation to reply directly to the client, with the further explanation. In cases where the client believes and can prove that the confirmed prices are incorrect market price, the client has the right to complain officially to the Company and or directly to the regulators.

Posting threatening comments on forums, for the purpose of ruining our Company's reputation, will not help anyone. We are acting in a best interest of clients, however should errors occur, it is the Company's responsibility to correct them, while at all times acting in accordance with the agreement signed by clients prior to opening trading accounts.

I less understood the real meaning of your paragraph(we must need a Chinese person who can purely translate to English).

However, from the little of what I got was you asking the broker why prices were wrong for your profit trades and right for your loss trades. Unless you are asking the broker why you lost??

The statement you provided don't show anything unfamiliar. If there was any delete of profitable trades or wrong prices or.. show us it in some details(explanation) or for example color or circle it on the statement.

Best method for handling Chinese translation.
Google translate presumes simplified chinese is present when translating to other languages. This often leads to poor results.
I have found that the best way to correct this flaw is to first translate Chinese to Traditional Chinese, copy that translation and paste it back into the input panel, retranslating into the desired language. In English, at least, this provides an improved result.

Suggest Chinese language posters write in Traditional Chinese if possible to provide more accurate translations.
