Hello, My name is Berry.
I've registered and started to trade with XM broker and after some time I made a withdraw request since last week. They sent me an email saying they approved my request but to this day I've no sign of the money to my bank account.

So I keep emailing them my problem but they don't want to respond to their clients and this making me very disappointed. I have so many insecurities that my money just disappeared out of nowhere.

XM broker is scamming our people.

Please if you read this message HELP ME FIND MY MONEY, or get my 60168087.

Hello. My account manager called after sending them many messages. He has added 5 more days. So Idk what's going on

Can we have more details such as:
1) original deposit(s) amounts and the dates of these transactions
2) any profits/losses made
3) what date did you first attempt to make withdraw request. How much?
4) Have you made previous withdraw requests before? Were they successful?
5) what responses have you gotten from XM Global (Trading.com)?

Generating full account statement with all history might be easier. And screenshots of the communication (blur/black out any sensitive info like email address, mailing address, full bank account number, etc)

Thanks to this thread they've been able to review my problem and I've got my money back. They can review it when you've made many complients.

You guys are very helpful and thank you for taking time and giving me solutions. I'm looking forward to get a new good broker.

So any updates on the final amounts paid? Also, is there any remaining balance that was not paid out yet? ?
