We started the conversation via email and I'd be happy to help you directly but if you prefer that I answer via the forums then that can be done as well.
It is quite simple - you can clearly go over our terms of use where it is mentioned that we don't allow scalping. We only allow scalping on a ECN account that has commissions:
YouTradeFX - Terms of Use - 16.1.15
I've already told you that you can clearly see that only your illegal traders were cancelled and the legit ones were kept. Now I am certain that you had know intention of purposely making illegal trades and I am sure that you weren't aware. Also I can understand why it is frustrating that it took a few weeks for analysts to recognize that these trades were being made on a non-ECN account - we are working on an automated system that will detect such illegal trades and cancel them immediately. This doesn't change the fact that we could not get those transactions authorized by the major banks and that these go against the terms of use that are clearly stated.
Please try to understand that since these transactions are not accepted by the major banks the losses would come directly out of our pocket. With that being said we agreed to accept part of the losses and I sent you this offer via email and have yet to hear back from you (this was on the 27.04.2012).
All of you - it is very easy to blame a broker and say that a company is a scam company. As you can see I frequent this forum every couple of days searching for customers that have run into issues and I try to see what I can do to satisfy them.
A few of this forums moderators can testify to that.
I'm pretty sure that I am one of the only representatives that visits the forums so frequently and literally does anything he can to satisfy the traders.
I'm sure that the moderators can testify to this as well.
I think that this says something about youTradeFX and its dedication to clients.
Once again anyone who has an issue I assure you that if you contact me at
michaelm@youtradefx.com a solution will be found and your issue will be promptly handled.
One last thing - if you could provide me with the email in which you were told that news trading is illegal or the date and time of the phone conversation your friend had with our representative I would be able to look into your claim and see why this was handled the way it was handled.
I want to emphasize that the issue here is not news trading (which is completely legal) but scalping & arbritrage.
