IB agreement - Introducing Broker agreement. It means that Dai Phan gets a cut of the spread on trades placed by clients he introduces to the broker.

Dai Phan, I recommend that you suggest that your clients stop trading. If this can't be worked out soon, then ask them to withdraw their funds.
