Resolved - Zurich prime refused to return my money back

I was trading with zurich prime company since june 2016 . I lost my money on october then begining of november they call me and ecourage me to deposit again before the NFP on november 2016 . So i agree but it was conditioned that i can withdraw any amount of money at any time unconditioned and that was confirmed by an E mail from zurich prime(and i did not take any bonus at that time) . On 18 of december threr was $3000 in my account so i asked to withdraw $1000 and one week later i asked to withdraw the rest $2000 but i did not recieve any thing from there side even i contacted them many times through phone calls and whatsapp untill first week of january 2017 they contacted me and they agree to send $1000 only which i recieved already then they promise that will process the rest after i recieve first withdrwal order and after i contact them so my account manager said that i cant withdraw now cause i have to trade with certain volume i told him that there is an official e mail saying that i can withdraw any amount and at any time ...and since more than three weeks i placed a withdrawal orders more than 8 times and they canceling it and not taking my phones niether replying to my whatsapp messeges or e mails.

Gather all of that evidence, and proceed to file a traders court case.

This same evidence can also be used to complain to the broker's regulator. But I would recommend starting FPA case first as you will be better prepared, then submit complaint to regulator.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Hi..
Regarding my case with zurich prime that i raised last february ...they contacted me few days ago and problem was solved..
They sent me my money back finaly and i would like to thank forex peace army for that because it realy drew thier attention as they put a condition to send me the money that i need to delete what i wrote here online..but i refused and told them that when i recieve my money i will write that my case is solved...and am doing that ...even it was a very very bad experience with zurich prime as it took them about three months to take action which in fact maybe i could invest this money with another broker....but they freeze my money without having the right to do this.

How much did they send you? Do you have screenshot of bank statement or internet summary?

I think blackmailing a client or FPA is not allowed.

They sent me all my money at the end ...but they ask me first to remove my post on FPA but i refused ...so they send the all the money hoping that i will remove the post
