Reza Mokhtarian of Capital Trust Markets has made threats against the FPA

So we have to believe every unsubstantiated allegation directed against Reza on this website?

If you accuse someone of being a thief, then you should back up your claim and not just by posting unsubstantiated allegations because that is how you can be sued for defamation.

If this website was even legitimate, then all accusations would have to be supported by evidence. Writing nonsense without proof or a suitable source for reference is not considered to be evidence of fraud. That's why actual courts are established to deal with such matters and the judge decides what is a fraud according to law. The forex peace army court holds no merit if it supports unsubstantiated allegations.

Here is another tip:

If you want to invest money in forex, then be prepared to lose it because it is a high risk investment. Don't complain that you lost money because you didn't read the terms and conditions of the broker or you just don't understand what you are doing.

If you go to a casino and lose all your money there, then do you complain that the casino ripped you off? LOL. Blame yourselves for going there in the first place because you didn't understand the risks involved.

Coolio,

You really need to read this thread from the beginning instead of having your mind taken over by visions of easy wealth from your so-called financial mentor.

I know Reza stole from people. When I was trying to help save him from his mistakes at Capital Trust Markets, there were occasions when he claimed he'd either paid someone completely, or would pay that person within a week. One of those he "paid completely" over a year ago is still owed half his funds. At least 2 people he told me would be paid never got paid. Reza changed his story then and said he didn't owe those two clients the withdrawals he'd already promised to process.

If I go to a casino, buy some chips, and gamble. I expect to be able to cash out all my chips when I'm done. Reza not only blocked some people from their winnings, he also blocked some people from getting at least some of their initial investments, which had not been lost in trading.

You also don't understand something about regulated brokers. They are required to disclose risks and conflicts of interest. Reza Mokhtatian's own actions led to his brokerage getting delisted by the regulators in New Zealand. Reza's repeated attempts to threaten and blackmail me into hiding the facts about his actions lead to him being declared a Scoundrel. Reza's refusal to deal with money legitimately owed to his clients led to 3 Traders Court guilty votes and the scam finding against him.

Now I'm sitting back and being patient while more and more facts work their way through the regulators and police. It's only a matter of time until Reza finds himself standing before a judge to answer for his actions.

How is that relevant to Reza being a scam artist?

It's a common excuse used by scammers to try to explain away money stolen from victims. Coolio is just a mindless parrot for Reza.

I know that there are jealous people because they were not able to achieve the success that Reza has through hard work. The real parrots are the ones spewing hate because they can't figure out how to make more money or be successful.

The parrots expect to be paid off or given crackers so that they stop squawking about successful people. If you don't pay them, then they will try to squawk or attack with their beaks.

Reza did NOT work hard, (ethically, that is) to achieve success. He cheated his way through by manipulation and stealing from clients. Now he runs Mentortips (see forum thread, rated "SCAM") by stealing education materials off websites without consent and charging monthly subscriptions to gullible kids he recruits via Instagram while giving 50/50 forex trading signals. That's pretty shady to me. I'm sure most of that money is paid to his lawyers to cover his butt while he scams many more. No wonder he got kidnapped and beat up pretty bad. He owed people money.

Coolio, the only one squawking like a parrot here is you. I wonder if you are incapable of independent thought or if Reza is paying you a dollar per post.

Unlike some other FPA members, Reza doesn't owe me any money. Unlike you, I don't want a cent from him. I'm just here as part of one of my favorite hobbies - Exposing scammers and scoundrels in order to make the world a better place.

Unlike Reza, I don't rent cars (or take them for test drives) and then brag like I own them. I don't open companies that get kicked out of their regulatory schemes and end up getting well-deserved regulatory warnings like is one:

The FMA has received complaints from overseas-based customers of CTM about CTM's failure to repay clients in accordance with their instructions.

See the original at FMA.govt.nz HERE

Instead, I try to help people avoid bad brokers (like Capital Trust Markets), bad services (like MentorTips), and bad people (like Reza Mokhtarian). I try to tell people to learn to trade for themselves and not to rely on some self-proclaimed mentor who has a history of ripping off his own clients, blaming the clients for his problems, and using terroristic threats to try to hide his actions.

BTW - I believe Reza finally got the correct cover for a magazine:

I'm told that Uras of Ferrari Chat deserves thanks for creating the image.

Reza is still better than all of you haters combined. You people need to stop being jealous and find a regular McDonald's job or become successful through hard work.

LMFSAO I LOVE your tag.

Coolio
Brainwashed by Reza

Best tag in the history of EVER.

If its Reza, you make me sick.
If its a follower, for the love of god read all about him

Hey Coolio, here's another thing about your lord and master Reza for you to try to explain away, especially the part about unrealistic promises:

Foreign Exchange Market (FOREX) - AMF cautions about solicitations by Kaizen Global Network

Friday, November 25, 2016

Montréal – The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) is warning Québec investors about solicitations for financial products and services by Kaizen Global Network (“Kaizen”), a foreign exchange (FOREX) investment platform which is not licensed to do business in Québec.

Kaizen’s products and services are offered on several websites, the main one being kaizenglobal.com, which is owned by Kaizen Group International Ltd., a company registered in England. The sole shareholder and director of the company, Reza Mokhtarian, lives in Toronto and has been charged under the Criminal Code with fraud over $5,000.

Kaizen also operates under the following sites:

mentortips.com;
directforexsignal.com;
mykaizenglobal.com;
kaizenglobalnetwork.com.

Investors should be aware that Kaizen Global International Ltd. and Mentor Tips Inc. have not received approval for a prospectus from the AMF and do not benefit from an exemption. In addition, neither these companies nor Mr. Mokhtarian is registered with the AMF in any capacity whatsoever. They are therefore prohibited from soliciting investors in Québec.

An assortment of products and services and unrealistic promises
The products and services offered by Kaizen include seminars about currency trading, trade replicators (sold under the names Autotrader and Synergy Trader) and investments in the form of “packs,” which compensate holders for recruiting new members. Large and unrealistic payouts are associated with these packs, including in the form of bonuses.

We have identified individuals and groups operating in Québec and promoting Kaizen products and services. They operate primarily through social media and on-line ads.

Don’t become a victim of fraud
Whether on the Internet or in person, offering investments is a regulated activity. Any individual or business promoting an investment product must be registered with the AMF or be exempt from the registration requirement. To make sure you don’t become a victim, check whether the individual or firm is on the register of firms and individuals authorized to practise.

If you think you have detected or been the target of a scam, do not hesitate to contact the AMF Information Centre. Your information could help the AMF better protect consumers.

Visit the AMF website to learn about other ways to prevent fraud or for more information about the foreign exchange market.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
