Dear Sarah,
The withdrawal request was sent twice on the specified mail id and the receipt was confirmed, but not withdrawal was ever processed. Your live chat is hardly available. I was able to chat once and the person informed me that my withdrawal amount will be in my bank next week, but no withdrawal was ever processed. There is no customer support and no one to reply customer. Your can find lots of my mails sent to the support that no one ever bother to reply.
Anyway I will send the withdrawal request the third time to support@rdgcm.com if that is what you need.
