Ridicolous situation with Deriv

Dont want to allow my withdrawal even when the platform and web site says the max withdrawal without verification is 0.177033 btc and i have 0.08.
Folowing are the 'support' i received from their livechat agent ALEX. Who request me to verify my acount in order to withdrawal my money. As you can see on the pictures how helpful he was and even torn off the chat for me and tried to take me to another eb site to upload the docuemnts. INSANE. Please FPA help me with this matter and make sure the other clients have known this situation before deposit on this broker.

When i try to upload the docuemtns theres aways an eror on their web site. and i kindly asked ALEX to help me upload the docs and he refused many times.

And after they have requested the verification in order to proceed the crypto withdrawal, my account is now fully verified they denied the withdrawal.
I have payed the 2% fee they take on the web sites and after everything they requested to proceed with the withdrawal they rejected

I have sent the email to their compliance and payemnt team. The payemnt team seems to be wrong but i still have the complaint email sent.
If @FPA Forums Team @FxMaster can help me on my case.
