Riffat Mansoor Farooqi, he collected money from Pakistan showing him Director - Bulls and Bear UK and runaway, there are reports in local police stations in Pakistan, and heard he is seen in Dubai now days.
Beware he posing him Arbitrage Expert in Forex and collecting money and marketing for accounts but he is a big fradulant.
