• Roboforex scammed me over $400k

My name is Zhurui from china with email of zhuruizr123@163.com who opened 4 trading account at Roboforex with accounts number of 2785205.2793200,2809735,2809763.We traded the following accounts and
made profits at 3:29AM on September 22,2016, details are as follows:
Account: 2785205 made profits: 58032 USD + cashback 17673 USD+ 48175 USD=123880 USD in total

Account: 2809763 made profits: 43818 USD + cashback 4149 USD+ rebate 33160 USD =81127 USD in total

Account: 2809735 made profits: 40004 USD+ cashback 4200 USD + rebate 31614 USD =75818 USD in total.

Account: 2793200 made profits: 54175 USD+cashback 17426 USD+ rebate 50542 USD=122143 USD

The four accounts made a profit of 123880 USD + 81127 USD + 75818 USD + 122143 USD =402968USD in total.and MT4 intial details for account 2785205 before Roboforex deleting my profit pls see evidence image 3-1,3-2,3-3, the details after deleting profit pls see 4-1,4-2,4-3- i only state one account as example.However, the broker Roboforex made a crazy action that it cleared our profit of $ 402k in grand total to Zero,and told us that
trades were revoked by their Liquidity Provider(pls see evidence 11 ), take me as an idiot?and then blocked our accounts(pls see evidence 22)
According to descriptions of Roboforex staff and content showing on its website, there is no any restriction on trading orders and all trading operations are executed by STP which indicates that all transaction orders operated between traders and the Broker Roboforex are valid, (because I am a trader who always places orders of large size but holding the orders shortly, I repeatedly confirmed that the broker Roboforex does not set any restrictions on trading), and I have paid high transaction fees and spread costs.
i am here to expose all truth here hoping FPA can help me and warn people stay away from Roboforex, you loss, everything is fine, u made profit, then u will have trouble to get money out.

in my career as trader i never was so shocked omg
what a scam behaviour

i opened 100$ account they give 50 $ tradeable bonus
i come to 500$ in equity now they deduct 250 because i used the tradeable bonus

this must be punished be regulatory agency ... please advise me what to do .. can i send in a clain disput somewhere

They steal money by manipulating system. If you place a buy stop they buy it 30 to 50 pips away from your original buy stop and even higer than your tp level so you end up having loss even though you make profit. The screen shots show my original buy stop order. The secound one shows how robo forex handled it n bought it far away from my buy order. And the 3rd screen shots shows the chart after i checked when i got loss from an actual profitable trade and the funny thing is the price did not reach the 144.893 level which the robo forex bought my order which is supposed to be 144.650 of my order level. May be they thought a robot was placing the order and i wouldnt know. They just steal.

everything was really great with them I was trading as a CopyFX trader and was able to earn good money, always from 100 to 400$ and every time I tried to withdraw it arrives pretty fast

Until 28/12/2018
I request a withdraw of 3500$ and suddenly the games started to appears, the withdraw is pending for 5 days and I raised a ticket to the payment department with high priority mark and 4 days passed without any response.

The live chat is terrible, they takes years to reply and without any informative or clear respond just "wait for a reply of the ticket"
I responded to my ticket 3 times telling them I need an urgent withdraw and they never reply to me.
the broker was one of my best brokers but now I only want to withdraw and I will never trade with them again.
Really sucks.

ever deposit big amount, they was good with me for small amounts, and when it comes to 1000$++ they started to act like fools and I still waiting for withdraw over 5 days, without any reply to my tickets

new update,
Now 10 days is passed and still didn't get any respond for my ticket,
I opened the ticket for payment department and the only thing that happened is they transferred the ticket to dealing department.
I don't see any relation of this transfer.
Now what happening is that
I have a withdraw request of 3504$ pending for 10 Days
I have a "high priority" ticket opened for 10 days without a respond
Really feeling excited about what they will tell me after that.

No they reject my withdraw request and send a message saying they are checking the source of CopyFX commission
Well I'll stay with them to the end and see what this means
the system is easy
I trade in my account
Investors copy my trades
and I got 50% of the profits
what they need to check then?
any way till now my balance is 3805$ full in my account
and I still waiting for their answer
I will update this when I get a responde
