Problem Roboforex Withdrawal Issue

Let me first start with this platform first worst customer service, you need to wait days to get response I wanted to withdraw my own money the funny part is that I get the receipt of withdrawal i can even post here and the ticket number as well anytime you text them they will tell you wait for response in there defense to withdraw the money I need to give them extra information and documents because I used my husband bank card to deposit so they took the money when I deposited but when I want to withdraw it’s not ok. Then they told me u need to provide us extra information and asked me for many papers which some of them are very silly like take a pic of my husband as he’s the third party holding he’s id and power attorney that he don’t have any issues if I withdraw the money and it’s my accountant number anyhow I provided them all the documents passport copy, power of attorney with picture holding the letter by third party my husband even marriage certificate and everything they asked now it’s been weeks still nothing I’m waiting and they again ask me to wait it’s not fair this kind of companies have license they are thief and very bad brokerage I’m warning people never ever use this Roboforex it’s really bad there is many good companies and working efficiently also I will post many reviews everywhere is possible and also complain on financial commission department and check which license they have and this needs to stop so many people complaining and they are stealing peoples money how you can’t withdraw your own money I have all the emails I have all the proof how unreasonable is this Roboforex is even after I provided them all the documents and by contract as well,still I’m waiting no response I’m sure One day they will pay for all this and get there license revoked soon and they make it sound good like fees are less and I’m not complaining about loosing money with them. Because it’s the traders responsibility we can’t blame the brokers for that but what I’m asking is my right to get my fund that’s it
