    Ladies and Gentlemen, FX traders

    I would like to inform you of a scam that has been running for some time now by an individual called Sasa EL Shawaf aka Sasa Ghost.

    I discovered Sasa in Facebook. He would post daily screenshots of his days trades. He would purport to make 560-700 pips every day. He had screenshots of the trading terminal to show it. Later on in my investigations , i learnt he photoshoped the pics.

    Here is his FB Link http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001596673188

    This is his MO

    1. Daily Sasa uploads his fake trading statement on his FB wall. He can tag you to get your attention.

    2. The victim decieved by statements adds Sasa as a friend . Sasa then explains how he makes pips. He will tell you of his connection to Bank of Japan.

    3. Later you open an account at Exness to take advantage of 1:1000 leverage under the advice of Sasa El Shawaf.

    4. Sasa hates bank wire so he will insist on Liberty Reserve to fund your exness account. Failure to use Liberty Reserve Sasa will send you a torrent of insults.

    5. Now so far...this is where the scam begins.

    You will get a fake message in your members area at your Exness account

    it will look like this

    [IMG]

    6. The Scam is this is a fake deposit link sent to you by someone working in cohorts with Sasa El Shawaf at Exness Brokers.

    7. The victims clicks on this fake deposit link and unwittingly deposits funds into a fake deposit link created by Sasa and someone in exness.

    8. So you think you have deposited funds into your exness account for sasa to trade but indeed the money goes into a fake liberty reserve account.

    What have i done so far.

    1. I have documented all steps Sasa El shawaf uses to scam victims.i will upload all screenshots of his scam

    Leave a review for Exness pointing out that they appear to be supporting an account manage who posts fake statements. When it gets posted, send Exness a link to the review page and to this thread.

    Reported Sasa to our Central Bank Fraud and Money Laundering Department. They have assured me they will work with Interpol to arrest and prosecute Sasa for money laundering. Apparently he is a wanted man. Now i wash my hands on this issue. May God be my avenger.

    He just scam me $400 using same method. I contacted Exness, they pose not to be aware of any issue about someone using there company to scamm others.

    I think Exness need o answer some basic question here. Sasa El Shawaf must have a trading account with them bcoz he give me his Refferal link to open account with exness.

    So if they prove they dont have his details, there are also involve in scamming us via this method

    I was Scam last Week

    Dear Kebaya Mwabma,

    First of all, I should mention that we do not have Sasa El Shawaf neither as official support specialist nor Introducing Broker. EXNESS has no connection with the this person.

    It can be seen in your screen-shots that you had given your account password to this man.

    The Company does not bear the responsibility for this. Essentially, I should tell you that you were scammed by the third person. After getting an access to your account this person posted a feedback from your account to you. As a results you believe in this scam and send money to a scammer by yourself.

    On your screen shots you can see that the all replies in your Feedback section were posted from your account (you can compare account numbers at least). This replies were leaved were not left answered by the support and in that replies you was told to deposit only via the Deposit section of your Personal Area.

    EXNESS Support department stuff is prohibited to request for the account password of a Client. As well Support department of EXNESS may ask a Client to provide only telephone password for the identification reasons.

    I should mention, that the official Exness e-mails has a domain name: @exness.com. Our main e-mails are listed on the Contact Us page.

    And we never support Clients via Yahoo Messanger. We do not have on the Contact Us page information about Yahoo Messenger official support ID. You can see it by yourself, here is the link to Contact Us page:
    https://www.exness.com/about_us/support

    We support Clients by e-mail, phone, via Live Chat and Feedback form. There is a mention about that in the General Business Terms:
    1.3. COMMUNICATIONS
    a. In order to communicate with the Client, the Company shall use:
    • Meta Trader internal mail;
    • Email;
    • Facsimile transmission;
    • Telephone;
    • Post;
    • Notice in the section of “Company’s news” on the Company’s website;
    • Notice in Personal area.

    As you can see there is no information about Skype, Yahoo, ICQ etc.

    Next, due to your requests, Support has informed you about money transferring from your Personal Area, as a proof, here is the log:
    “07:08 Hello Evgenia
    i would like to do a deposit
    into my trading account using wire transfer how can i do it
    Evgenia Dakhno 07:10You should do it in Your personal area https://www.exness.com/member/deposit Operation type choose wire transfer but only in that case if Your national ID and phone number is verified.”

    We bring our apologize, but we can do nothing with this issue. We regret about your situation and strongly sympathize you.

    We ask all Clients not to tell the account passwords to the third parties and to save your passwords in the safe place. If you have any doubts about the information you are requested to tell to the third party about your Account, we strongly recommend to use official Support for the instructions and as well use common sense in such cases.

    With best regards,
    Michael Levin.

    @ Michael thank you for your response.

    1.that is MT4 password. Account managers are given passwords ose how will they place trades. Sasa identified himself as Exness IB and gave IB link. Enough about him.

    2.there are so many people defrauded by Sasa - what have you done to stop it? How about changing your IT systems and do a systems audit?

    3.How did Sasa have access to feedback tab , leave message without Exness knowing ? To me - its like he knows the loophole in your system.(inside job???)

    My only plea is this - please do everything you can to stop people like Sasa from exploiting .

    My part is hoping interpol - get him and put him behind bars.

    @ PIPCENTER - i feel your pain. sorry.
