Broker fxprimus.com given me commitment that they will provide us A book flow from 1 sep 2021 also broker given signed latter from CSO Mr Nima that we have LMAX as a LP and we will give STP operation without dealing desk. i have mam account with them and my 2 clients accounts were stop out from them ( 839991, 846611 )

I had asked them 2 technical question

1. why our account stop level is not worked out

2. please give us LP statement of our account where you passed our trades

they don't have any proper technical answer and also broker is not giving any solution on this issue

it means intently they are doing B book and operating behind dealing desk to manipulate clients trading account

My self PravinBapu

I have my MAM account with broker fxprimus which is more then half million.
after commitment form Mr prasad kamat which is country head for India i have introduced many clients to them

Commitment from Mr prasad kamat

1. Raw spread account ( Never fulfilled )
2. A book flow ( LMAX ) from 1st september ( not proven yet )
3. Good execution of trades ( dealing desk manipulation )

Now broker is not helping prasad kamat to fulfill his commitment so he raised his hands even he don't have correct idea how broker is operating

My 2 account was stopped out ( 839991, 846611 ) which having equity more then half million

I had asked them 2 technical question

1. why our account stop level is not executed properly but they have don't have answer on this and giving funds to account

2. please provide us LP statement of our account where you passed our trades to LMAX but simply send account snap shot of lmax account and not answering anymore

it means intently they are doing B book and operating behind dealing desk to manipulate clients trading account
i have informed them if you have not passed my trades to LP lMAX it mean you keep all money in broker pocket you have to pay my money
Now no one responding me
please help me find out solution
