You're concern is if you can withdraw using Wire Transfer, YES, you can make a request in your client area, just inform us what process do you want to receive your money. And if you wished to withdraw using wire transfer, we will ask you to provide your bank details and we will send the amount in your bank.

I traded till on the 13th July 2015 when Tim Evans introduced himself as my Account Manager and began to give instructions on which instrument to open and I later realized 3 days later that whenever I open these positions my account will be disable so I am unable to close the positions. I made several compliants on this through MXTRADE Chats but I was always referred to Tim Evans who would turn down my request for access. It was apparent that he wanted total control of the account when a Gold position was opened from the back end.
The two major trades that had loses USDHUF and COPPER were advised by him and my account disable such that I could not stop the trade until the loses were out of hand and I realized that the plan was for me to lose the account. See advice mail below; the FIAT advice was change to USDHUF

I was offered a credit of USD 7,000 which I had till 30th of July to payoff so I can make withdrawal but to my surprise upon full payment, I was told that I can not make withdraw even of my capital which is USD 14,500. There is a profit of USD 2,843.92 and bonus of USD 13,500;
I hereby call for sanity and prudence in processing the withdrawal placed, I feel scammed and will have to do all I can to remedy such, as funds deposited are not frivolous and I do not intend to keep the funds with you on frivolous terms because I requested for a copy of the terms of credit which should show something other than that spelled out in the agreement signed which states that upon repayment funds can be withdrawn but this has not been provided till this moment.
I acknowledge the feedback to me by phone through Garwin on 4 August, 2015 who offered a withdrawal of USD 2000 and conditions of trading volumes to achieve certain lots before withdrawal. I however am not disposed to such as I was not told that there were terms other than that which was signed for the credit;
In furtherance to the above, please see below extract from your terms and conditions stating conditions for withdrawing BONUS not capital invested as there is no conditions for withdrawal of same thereof.

In order to be eligible to withd
raw your bonus, you must execut
e a minimum trading
volume of $10,000 for every 1 bonus dollar ($1). For example:
if you receive a bonus of
$100, you will need to have a minimum trading volume of $1,000,
000 in order to be able
to withdraw your bonus. Your trading volume will start countin
g towards the trading
volume requirement for bonus withdrawal from the date you recei
ve the bonus.
MXTrade does not wish to restrict your account during the perio
d in which you have not
met trading volume requirements related to your bonus. Thus it
should be noted that if you
request a withdrawal during this period, the full bonus amount,
including profits generated
from the said bonus, will be forfeited. In such a case, the bo
nus amount will be deducted
from your remaining account bala
nce. You will then be able to
manage the remaining
balance in your account freely.
The acceptance to the reception of the bonus and its insertion
to your account, binds the
client to the bonus’s terms and conditions above and hereinafte
r. After the bonus is
injected to the client’s account, it cannot be retracted and/or
removed under any
circumstances.

I will be forced to proceed with every possible remedy that will provide justice and fairness to this case. The case has been made with the local police in a bid to forward same to Interpol for further investigations if not resolved. As the funds was pooled and my creditors need their moneys.
