This email has so much grammatical errors. It is a scam. Do not pay them anything. Report them to the police and share the website of the company that you were scammed. Thanks.

I invested $2763 but I couldn't withdraw it because i need yo pay the tax

It's 100% a scam, I know someone who has encounter something like this but he didn't think through it and pay ahead for the taxes, next thing he received another email saying that his account was frozen due to illegal arbitrage and demand further money from him to unlock before he can withdraw all and stupidly he went ahead to give them his money hoping that he can withdraw and it all ended up the fake broker close his account and stopped replying to him.

One more piece of advice, Do not send money to anyone who claims to get back your money, in simple language recover your money. You can invite the company to this thread as well.
