Thank you to everyone who has taken the time and energy to do the research involved here. We would like to clarify a few details regarding uBinary’s alleged association with UFX.
At uBinary, one of the things we pride ourselves on is our unique trading platform which we have developed and customized to be unlike any other binary trading company on the market. This platform is powered by Paragonex, who provide the necessary software and servers for our platform to run smoothly.
Just as companies like Option Rally and Banc de Binary all utilize the same SpotOption software to run their platform, uBinary utilizes Paragonex technology to run our binary options platform, which also happens to be the same company that UFX use for their Forex Platform. uBinary is no more associated with UFX than Option Rally is associated with Banc de Binary.

No they are part of the israeli industrial complex likely paying off american politicians to stop them from overseas prosecution lol...They are too busy collecting your money while they laugh and try to pretend to be honest brokers lol...

I think the CFTC's slow, but inevitable prosecution of Banc de Binary is more than sufficient proof that the US regulators are ready, willing, and able go after an Israeli broker, but only have jurisdiction if US citizens are victims. UFX Markets was smart enough to get out of the US market to avoid this problem. If the UBInary branch is dumb enough to rip off US citizens, and enough of those victims are smart enough to go straight to the CFTC with evidence, then you'll see action.

The real problem is that bad brokers keep jumping their "official" presence from country to country as soon as the local authorities get too many complaints. It's like back in the bad old days when all you had to do to escape the local sheriff was to cross over the county line.
