Scammed by CapitalOneForex

I have been having endless problems with capitaloneforex. I have had issues with manipulation of price, etc, and when I asked for a refund, they refuse to process. Enrico is also the problem person I dealt with. I would like to receive resolution as soon as possible. I have been screwed over by them for FAR too long.

Ca you add some more details here so some of experienced traders can give you a solution? Like 1) how did you deposit? 2) did you contact them trough email? 3) Have you appealed into some kind of regulatory authorities? 4) How much money you lost them? 5) How did they explain refusal of refund?
