if you have a vps or vpn, can you try it through there please? let us know if you are receiving the same error.

It's because of My antivirus protection only. If I stopped my anti-virus then I can able to access the website

edit: I tried from NYC vps and I get error that they do not provide services in your country.

So it does seem like they have some geo-targeting implemented on the server side.
