Scammer alert! Telegram Scam: The TradingPlanTM Username:@verysmalllots

Id like to file a recovery complaint against this user.
i asked him to guarantee the funds in the account if he lost them with his trading.
He decided to delete the message when one of his trades went sour right as there was a speech from an american official, which put my forex account into the negative. account started with 800.
he lost all of it and put my account in the negative of -274!
told him to use .10 lot and he just went for the highest lot he could.
i told him to use SL and he said he only uses TP and to wait. I told him to not be risky, and he used .4 lot and lost it all in the next 20 mins on that one trade.
when it happened, he deleted the chats we had on telegram and only put angry face and wrote "WTH ....... wth happened gold went so low".
i asked him to reimburse me my 800, 770 in fact due to his starting when i had a trade of $30 in the negative of 800 and brokers usually zeroing accounts in the negative. He chose to not respond after that.
im trying to find a way to recover the telegram chats for my android or pc.
A real a-hole to the end of the earth.
The story gets worse though. I contacted him on an alternate telegram account and he started answering with "whats your account info."

i have screenshots of both his chat on my alternate email and that he wont respond on my typical telegram account. id like to file a lawsuit against him.

and far as i know, he uses icmarkets for his personal account, from what i saw on one of his messages showing he lost on his account

I asked him for an investor account to verify activity. He sent me an investor access for a "DEMO / Trial account" and even this was negative
