Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Sigma Forex is not sending my withdrawal

I am having an issue with a company
The other FPA member was me. . .

LOL!!! Sorry, "S", I never knew your FPA screen-name, and I didn't want to mention your real name in a public post. BTW, since we last talked, Sigma sent an email (Friday, I think?) saying to expect the transfer Tuesday (today). We'll see. Maybe sending that form you suggested really will work.

Eric, I guess the real selling point that attracted me was the fact that they promised 1-pip spreads on all the major pairs. I have since learned from FPA that this is a real red flag, but I was not all that experienced in such nuances. Consider it a rookie mistake. Also, I was specifically looking for a European broker, since I live over here. Initially, I just googled "European Forex Broker" and Sigma was one of the top three responses--but it was the low spreads that really caused me to pick them over the other possibilities. Hope this helps.

Rick
