Update:

Freddy Malkovich, the supposed analyst called, bargained from $8000 to $3000 to get a position into DAX. I bargained back to ask for credit from their side since he is so sure of the DAX will make money. My reason being I listened to their staff and got myself into this mess and many times I had injected fund, why not they offer me their credit this time to make good my account? And more importantly to build up my confidence in them.

Well, there was no deal.

Your situation sounded just like mine.
Trading on credit is the worst thing. I was caught once in having to rely on the credit to survive the negative positions in Dax and then in Gold. I refused to open further positions while these 2 trades were negative. So .... then the threat came. They will withdraw the credit from my account .... then i have to deposit again ... which was not the case.
Anyway, that didn't happen at Skyfx ... but other brokers.... since the topic came out .. i just hope i can highlight something to you.

Not sure about Mihail .. whether he is in UK or elsewhere it doesn't matter. Skyfx supposed to be in Cyprus.

It is now a complaint case (might very well be legal case) with CySec.

The process of extracting unsuspected clients can be boilded down to the following steps:
1. account manager pumped client for initial fund promising trades of very good return
2. after client funded account, account manager will advise on trade and volume size to get more than neccessary amount and leave little to counter for market fluctuation
3. once margin percent fell below 100%, staff from risk management department called client to "save the client's account" to a safe margin percent and the cycle repeats

If any of you encounter such scenario, bail out is the only advice. I had been a fool so that you don't have to be one.

Unscrupulous Practices of SkyFX

The account manager could not care less how you obtain your fund.Their favorite is your credit card. Upon reaching your credit card limit, they would advise you to
1. call your credit provider to increase limit, (it is a life saver your card has a limit and can't be increased easily!!)
2. call your friends for financial aid
3. reveal your other sources of finance

Another technique to suck your account dry

Another trick I realised about Skyfx providing you with bonuses (credit) is that if the account does bust, your real capital can be cleaning sucked dry, shown in the statement attached.

Since I could not comment on review page, here I am posting that some other investors/traders also encountered the same trick/tactic

Yes, I fell prey to this tactic! The skyfx.com did it to me 3 rounds or more, with each round I see the condition of my account worse off and I got more reluctant until I eventually refused to comply

Review: After depositing $400 they said that they could work better with me if I bring my account to $1000. Did that and got a bonus of $1000. Made profit on trades but kept asking to deposit more money even though the account had over $3000. I refused to deposit more funds, the accounts manager got rude and suggested that I close any open positions and withdraw my money. At this moment in time this has led them to refusal of withdrawing funds from my account.

caller identified himself as John Richman (my hunch: it's a falsified name) saying wanting to help me
and I mixed up with the regulation
and his 'unrevealed company' is regulated with U.S.
and I traded skyfx was in binary option

his background noise was high much like that when skyfx people called me.

My final verdict about skyfx: avoid at all cost. The statement of my account is the best testimonial what those scums over there would do to you.

[resolved] SkyFX is not a scam - if you liase with the right person

Update:

With the tremendous help of Forex Peace Army (FPA), namely Bill in my case, that I have reached a full settlement with SkyFX whose a trademark of TradeMarker (Cyprus) Ltd.

The whole case being someone, as partners, misrepresented SkyFX and disguised themselves as 'investment advisor' or in their own term "account manager" that deployed unscrupulous means to get unaware clients into precarious positions, at the expense of the client and of skyfx reputation. So through Bill of FPA, Melissa Mazeres of truly skyfx can give traders the most accurate advice.

SkyFX is able to back its reputation by making good my case. I would consider skyfx a reputable company operates under proper monitoring of the respective regulator skyfx is registered under.

4XP, this broker, their owners belonged to society "Forex Place" of Israel, belonging to Deal Server.

4XP scammers.

SkyFx belonged to Deal Server same as 4xp.

I'd like to know that relationship have 4XP old owners and new owners of SKYFX.
