Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

You need to file a police report in Turkey and provide the information above. You need to ask the Turkish police to reach out to the police in India for further assistance. You can also try to file a report with the Futures Trading Commission in India.

Actually, the problem is with the scammers. I need to work to get them found guilty of fraudulent fraud.
If you are in Turkey and they are in India, you need to start by getting a police report in India. You may need to talk to the Turkish consulate in your country and request their help since Turkey likely has an Embassy in India.

@KittyT Suggest to follow the advice you have been told so far.

Also to reduce your gambling impulses and study the business model of the CFD brokerage you deposit your money with BEFORE you deposit money there:

They are not in India, they live in Cyprus.
Find out if Turkey has a consulate in Cyprus. Wherever the crooks are, you need to file police reports in that country and get your local government to try and help resolve. Also did you try to contact CySec for assistance? Cyprus is about as crooked as China and Russia! MQ is also headquartered in Cyprus if that tells you anything.

Cysec was the first institution I tried, but I did not get a response from them.
