I just submitted a test case. I slipped up on one item - which put a red error message at the top and also dropped my attachment.

I has to correct the error and redo the attachment. Then it worked.

If you've closed your browser since trying to submit, then you'll probably have to start from scratch. Keep a copy of all the text in Notepad so you don't have to redo everything if there's a problem.

I sublmitted the case and it woked perefectly. If needed, I have other mails and proof.
