The advertisement above was posted in response to a new member's question inside of the Hello and Welcome folder. The Community Forums section of the FPA's forums is off limits for commercial postings. Another FPA member had already pointed the new member to the correct area. Rules against ads in Community Forums did not stop an IronFx employee from trying to use that thread to spam his advertisement.

The only good thing SpamCat can say is at least this time the IronFx employee wasn't pretending to be a happy client.

We would like to point out that neither the IronFX Management nor any of the department managers ever requested for any comments to be posted on any FPA forums by individuals purporting to be IronFX clients.

Such actions go against the Company’s ethics and philosophy and indeed swift actions were taken against all individuals concerned, none of which is any longer employed by us. Additionally, a memo was issued twice to all employees.

We would like to reiterate our commitment to servicing clients to the highest level and we welcome the opportunity to respond to all members of your forums that have a comment or a claim with regards to IronFX.

We further wish to mention that as a financial institution, IronFX abides by the applicable international and European regulatory standards. The IronFX Group of Companies comprises of investment firms authorised and regulated by the competent financial authorities in the UK (FCA no. 585561), Australia (AFSL no. 417482), South Africa (FSP No 45276) and Cyprus (Licence no. 125/10) and operating throughout the world. We note that none of the said group companies have neither received a fine or penalty by any competent authority nor has any Court ruled against any of the group companies.
