I used to be a customer of Forexyard Company. I opened an account in this company on November 26th, 2012, my account number is 162371. I myself traded without any specialist s’advice. I usually traded the pairs AUDUSD. My business was very good from the day I opened my account on November 26th, 2012 to March 4th, 2013. On March 4th, 2013, the price of the pairs AUDUSD has almost bottomed out. So I used a lot of buy orders.

On March 5th, 2013, a specialist of Forexyard Company is Mr. Robert Miller made a call for me, then he emailed to me saying that the trend of the pairs AUDUSD is “downward channel”. This made me confuse, and I cannot traded efficiently. In fact, on March 6th, 2013, the price of the pairs AUDUSD rose. This incident made me very shock, and I cannot continue to trade anymore. Finally, in order to preserve my capital, I had to close all orders and withdrew all money from my account 162371. The next days, the price of the pairs AUDUSD increased highly.

From November 26th, 2012 to March 4th, 2013, there was not any specialist of Forexyard to advise me. When my business was good, why a specialist of Forexyard terrorizied and harassed my mental. Mr. Robert Miller is an advisor, he could say nothing, but he could not give wrong advice.

For these reasons, I requested Forexyard and Mr. Robert Miller to compensate for me because of my damages mental and loosing the profits, but they refused compensation.

NEVER DEPOSIT IN FOREXYARD. IF YOU WIN, THEY WILL HARASS AND TERRORIZE YOU. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRADE AGAIN. MY ACCOUNT NUMBER IS 162371, MR. ROBERT MILLER OF FOREXYARD HARASSES AND TERRORIZES ME.

So from November until March you traded successfully. Then in March, based on a vague statements about a "downward channel" you say you lost the ability to trade, closed your orders, and successfully withdrew your funds.

You may have lost out on some potential profits because you got confused. Be happy you got your money out and didn't get lured into a bunch of bad trades. Now move to a broker that won't bother you with phone calls about trading advice. Since opinions about where the market is going vary wildly all the time (if they didn't, market moves would all be virtually instantaneous), just focus on your trading and don't listen to anyone else as long as you are making money.

Pick any pair not locked into a super-strong trend and flip between time frames - you'll likely to be able to see both upward and downward channels depending on the time frame. Some people can make money shorting a pair on a 5 minute chart while others do well taking longs on the same pair on a daily chart. This means without knowing the full context of the advice, "a downward channel" may have even been a reasonable statement at that time.

Unless you can absolutely prove malicious intent, I can't see how compensation from trades you skipped while feeling confused could possibly be something you could get compensation for. If it was, there are a lot of people who would be suing every fiscal commentator out there.

All the trades (and non-trades) were placed (and not placed) by you. If your trading is going well, ignore conflicting statements from others and use your own methods.

Hi Sergeant Major,

Thanks for your opinion. I cannot absolutely prove his malicious intent. But obviously, at first, he ignored whether I bought or sold. I had traded for more than four months, he didn't say anything. When I had already taken profits, he harassed me. If he advised me at first to that day, I cannot blame him.

Maybe I cannot request him or his company to compensate, but I want everyone to know that specialist of Forexyard harassed customer, and traders boycott Forexyard.
