I opened an account with Optionow and 4 other brokers. The idea was
to use 5 brokers at the same time to trade Binaries on a single platform.
Unfortunately the platform would not perform as advertised. I could never get
it to take all 5 brokers. So, I requested a refund from all 5 brokers. All complied but Optionow. My first request was march 5, 2015. I have approximately 10 return e mails stating my refund is in progress and I should be patient. Today is the 6th of May, 2015. I am out of patience. I have contacted the CYSEC and the FCA. Optionow is owned by a marketing company in the UK, called Zluti, and brokers as Optionow. I have called them and am told the return is in progress.
