They all do!
The question shouldn't be which brokers hunt stop loss, it should be who does it illegally.
After being burned myself I did some proper research and found out that true stop hunting is actually a trading method used by the big sharks.

The problem is that a lot of brokers manually change the live feed on their MT4 when they see many traders with the same SL, that is illegal rate manipulation and what you should look out for.
Search the forums for scams, google forex scams, try to avoid non-regulated brokers and never stop improving your forex education.
