SW1 Options Court Judgement

I invested in a Binary Options company SW1 Options Ltd. After building the account upto $38,648 I applied for a withdrawal. They have refused saying I accepted a bonus which I refuted. I have received 2 small withdrawals previously to test the withdrawal system.
I have since received judgement in the small claims court for the withdrawal sum of £10,000 plus £410 costs. Payment to be made immediately.
I have sent several emails asking for their proposals, they are ignored. One the office phone numbers is now dead and the main one never gets answered. I have a mobile number for my account manager, if that is answered he hands it to someone else. That person asks me to deposit an additional £6,000 and then they will allow me to liquidate the account. I repeated I want their proposal to settle the court judgement, he just laughed.

I know of 5 other people who are affected similarly, names and contact details can be provided. I am positive the list of people affected will run into hundreds and possibly thousands and the money into millions.
SW1 Options operate an 0203 tel no. which I cannot trace to a location, they operate a PO Box No. where mail is forwarded on, therefore making it almost impossible to trace where they work from.
The names of the people I have dealt with are:-
Daniel Parris my Account Manager
Gerald Gimes another Account Manage
Timothy Pinnock another Account Manager
Heather general admin
Although I have not had any contact with this person, he is the owner of the company,
Nicholas Alexander Hart.

After several more attempts by email and phone to contact SW1, I have not received any reply whatsoever.
I have notified them that I have posted a Scam Alert and if the wish to respond they can do so by accessing the site and searching SW1 Options. I don't expect a response here either.

To also inform 99.9% of these companies are not regulated by the financial regulation authority. This then means they can do whatever they want and there will be no consequences hence why they don't haveto give you your money back.Any company or service that does not refund a customer can be prosecuted: Consumers rights act. There are various ways you can go about this. These operations are ran by cold hearted individuals who have a lust for money 9/10 these guys have dodgy faces and have wierd personalities .They are highly intelligent individuals some of which have had experience in the financial industry. This is why to novices they seem like professionals i.e their phone mannerism , websites and the whole process. But as with all fraudulent individuals they always leave traces and they will be found out one way or another.I will give you some background information on sw1 options. There website was created March 2015 and is based in Netherlands the owner of this is hidding there identity and their real location. They registered with the companies house August 2015 the director is named ''Nicholas Alex Hart'' he resigned his directorship in February 2016. He also opened a company named sw1 property options a property company sw1propertyoptions.com/ be carefull when goin onto their site as your information may be stolen.I believe alot of the clients money which they have was invested into property or its stashed in an account. If you give me an email you never know I might just be able to help you
