Just found out from another forum user in fpa that TarsierFX is being run by the same person as Capital One Forex, Samir Beool. That guy really need to be arrested asap for his crimes.

Take a screenshot of the Contact Us link on TarsierFx's site before it gets changed. Email it to the NZ FMA and ask why an unauthorized company is doing business from an address in NZ.

There is a huge difference between being regulated and merely being registered. I am 100% sure that this company is only registered and not regulated.

How the differrence it is and how can we know? i am looking for the correct authority that can solve this case and these guys should be arrested or hunted by interpol. We all do not allow these existing to cheat people. What we do now, felows?

We have pictures of these guys, Mark David Cassin and Paul Cheney that i will upload to here. In case we want to express their pictures with their bad action cheating people money all over the facebook, so on law if it is allowed? please advise me. We really want to stop their scam and inform to all the world.
