no other word SCAMMERS! have allow all trade type on website not acused me of offmarket trade on their own platform.dont trust DONT OPERATE with TEGASFX. they have scammed me. i trade with my mt5 at my computer

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

From the email they claim to be STP. They would have to prove this first. Then to explain what exactly they consider to be a toxic order flow.
Didn't you have the same problem with The Traders Domain last year? Perhaps you should consider changing the way you pick a broker...

I have start operating with them couple weeks ago, then last sunday i start trading and i notice my trades where staying in the waiting line bellow they when they where placed they had a huge slippage when a buy the order will open really high and when i place a sell the order will open on a really lower price most of the times even in prices that where not reach yet for the 1m candle. I start worry and i request the withdrawal of my money. today i received that email that i just post and when i check my phone on mt5 they had withdrawal all my profts and had a abusive trading note
the email they sent where on my spam so i couldnt fund a explanation for what was happening, i went to their live chat and they them told me to look. i few really bad with this type of companies. claim to be ECN, give so much advertising on their platform how they accept everything but at last they dont even communicate with me informing that my account where suspended or under review or nothing, simply add plugins so i could lose my money and then they take all my money.

I have time to analyzed the situation again and TegasFX have added words to the email regarding their terms and conditions ( link of their terms and conditions which i also have downloaded at my computer and took the screen shot of when it was made it so they dont have the option to edit https://secure.tegasfx.com/uploads/.../2020/07/47c6b60cadea3df3f5fcb46181df941e.pdf ), following are the real term and conditions and the email they have sent to me with their made up terms and conditions. Second, they have all over their web site how they are a ECN broker with no-last-look LP which clearly is another of their lies.
