Problem TegasFX dont pay my money

I have time to analyzed the situation again and TegasFX have added words to the email regarding their terms and conditions ( link of their terms and conditions which i also have downloaded at my computer and took the screen shot of when it was made it so they dont have the option to edit https://secure.tegasfx.com/uploads/.../2020/07/47c6b60cadea3df3f5fcb46181df941e.pdf ), following are the real term and conditions and the email they have sent to me with their made up terms and conditions. Second, they have all over their web site how they are a ECN broker with no-last-look LP which clearly is another of their lies.

Agreed, trade account should be uploaded here.
I have a question though: your website does not have any references to forbidden behaviour, such as arbitrage. In fact, it clearly displays "ALL TRADING STRATEGIES WELCOME". Perhaps you incorporated limitations in the Customer Agreement, however it is not available on your website. You should have that rectified so clients can see in advance, before opening the account.
Lastly - and this is not intended for you specifically, rather a comment to most if not all offshore fx providers- you should have much more transparency as to the Company itself as well as the people involved. This helps build trust, rather than being secretive about such an important thing. For example, one has to go to some degree of research to learn that the registered person of your VFSC IBC is Mr. Yeo Boon Hun (Singapore).

This time we won't get into things like having a German version of website, while you are not authorised to solicit clients from Germany, or any EU country for that matter.
