These are all great. Thanks for the post. The one that I find myself subscribing to the most is definitely discipline.
It is not even about trading, but you need discipline in every major aspect of your life.
You need discipline to win in this life. It helps you become indifferent to certain things, get a mindset that looks at stuff from a broad perspective.
Lack of discipline is definitely a liability. You just need to realize that you need to work hard for somethings, and work harder for other things. If everyone had that mentality and mindset, the world would be a much better place.
Everything else can come later, because once you have enough discipline, you can easily realize that what you need to learn to become better and further your process of development, and you can attack these areas where you lack information and experience, and you do it no matter how you feel about it. That is the sheer power of discipline.
