You should share an account statement including the order comments, to see if this was stop-out due to margin when it got triggered. What is the brokers stop-out level? Request to see when the stop-out was initiated, as this looks to be an event driven spike I am guessing latency occurred and your orders got closed later.
This admittedly looks "scammy", but I suspect it was a quote freeze/order processing issue. That being said, the amount is fairly small so it would make sense for RoboForex to show leeway and refund at least partially at current market orders or re-instate the trades. If the trades were done via a regulated entity you might want to file a complain and contact the ombudsman. However, it is unlikely, the case will be resolved in less than a year.
