The first thing we should check first is that, do we have the sufficient skills and knowledge needed for trading? and if you answer NO, then stay put for awhile and try to study and learn what is forex all about and why's and how we are doing the trade. I would agree that education is the best thing that you can invest in before you even start thinking about diving into the markets! After all, you don't want to open yourself up to become an easy target.
 
Sure, one of the most important steps is to choose your broker wisely. But then, a lot of other important questions arise: how much money are you willing to engage, and are you prepared to loose it? Have you checked well what options you're going to bet on? Are you sure you read the conditions of the broker on how much will be saved in case of a loss? Sometimes there are hidden statements... Then the most essential tip would be: never ever bet any money you are not owning or really need. If you follow those basic rules, if something goes wrong, you never really suffer any worse consequences.
 
It is confusing there is no doubt about this fact but with the passage of time when you practice properly in forex market, you will start getting good understanding of the market.
 
In forex trader remains confused even with good experience because it is uncertain to say either he will get profit or loss. Some times sure profit turns in loss suddenly within seconds slowly they cope with it.
