The iOption not deposited my money

I requested a withdrawal for iOption of $ 236.00 to my account in Brazil two months ago, and to date the money was not deposited. The manager Carlos Gonçalves told me via email that the responsibility is not theirs, since the request was withdrawn to the Board. Where do I go then?

They blocked my email. I can not contact.
iOption is one fraud. I was robbed.
