Second when you have confilect at brokers you set a complain at their certified authority .
And as you see in the attached file.
But they refuse to solve the problem and say what you see in file attached.

Of course this is not to be taken lightly, you certainly should report them to ASIC mentioning misleading and deceptive advertising, so they can take them to federal court

Okey sure

When you opened your account, which website did you open your account with?
When you opened your account, which email address did it come from?

And when you get your account statements (daily/monthly), which email address are they from? And what name does it say in email (in the "to" field or at the bottom of the email).

If you can find at least 1 email that says that the account was opened or was from Au entity, then you can potentially reply back to AFCA complaint with this new evidence.

Otherwise, you are probably screwed.

They are scam in both cases
Frist the spread at this day was not normal I'm a trader since 8 years ago and trade in many broker but as you when you win at the broker they try to do a lot of things to let you to lose, and at this day they increased it higher than normal.

You have been trading with bucketshop brokers in clever disguise. You did not carefully study the business model of the brokerage. If you did, you would likely NOT be trading at such a brokerage. Suggested reading:

This is another option. They wont get your money back. AFCA is your best shot.
