Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

They really need a warning label on them so people stop using them..
They made that other case disapear but how did they margin call a hedged account to start with that was a dirty scam and the guy didn't say how much he got back, they wont pay me back 100k from a year ago so why would they pay someone back 200k.after a month.. obviously gave him hush money like they tried to with me

at this point fpa should intervene

Normally FPA need 3 unresolved, un-abandoned cases showing clear deviant behavior between the company and trader of forex products.

1) One common strategy is to settle just enough cases to prevent a trader's court session.
2) Some posters abandon their threads.
3) Some cases lack direct evidence.

But usually it is #1 and #2.

This is why I teach more preemptive measures. This eliminate 99% of the scam.

aren't there 3 unsolved cases? I do not think

A Traders Court vote must be about forex trader/investor issues. The FPA can lend support to assist with IB or other affiliate issues, those are based on a business relationship other than trader-company. IB issues can only be added as additional supporting evidence once there are a minimum number of trader-company issues which are qualified.

Qualification of trader-company issues requires the trader to actively support his/her own thread, have submitted a review, have launched an invitation to the company from the FPA system. The company must either not have responded or else have responded inadequately.

A ThinkMarkets representative emailed about another issue. I have asked him to come and reply in this thread.

looking forward to this representative having a chat, its been over a year now with my case and the only clear thing think markets have done is prove they lie about everything and anything, so anything this representative does say should be taken with a grain of salt as think markets must have a we will lie until we get called out on it then just not reply to emails, defiantly dont stick to there transparency adverting

Hello Vanessa Prasciolu,

As previously outlined we concluded that you were never owed any commissions, however if you have evidence of a special agreement with a former employee we will look at the evidence you present. How did you go with getting the old Skype conversations you mentioned extracted? We look forward to your response.

Kind regards,
The ThinkMarkets Team
