Resolved: Thinkmarkets stoll my money

Do a complaint with
AFCA
ASIC
That's the Australian authorities that can look into it for you... i already have a case with them..
Also do one for the UK regulators aswell FCA? I think i have contacted them recently aswell

Think markets need to lose there license in australia so they can't trick people into thinking they're a transparent broker..

They say they stp trades over a certain volume yet they keep it in house and hedge then cause losses to clients

I already complain at FCA and AFCA but at ASIC I don't know how I can proceed it !!!

Check your messages I'll send it on there as it's his direct email and think markets are obviously watching this but no replying..

Here is head of compliance email for think markets.. she will lie and not be transparent but it will get you to top of think markets support..

Also two reporters I've spoken to about my issues with think markets.. so please share yours with them and hopefully can get some storys printed

Just be careful sharing to much with the reporters as think markets would be able to hold up AFCA investigations if you share case related information that is confidential

Ive gone through this since February but there is strength in numbers especially when they false advertsie with the service they provide..

You need to request that AFCA and FCA request trade slips from the back end bridge which will show what book your trades where on and that they were kept in house and warehoused trades not stp trades as they state they do on website.. so they cause you slippage and issues etc

Abit about warehousing of trades
