Oh well if we have German members around, maybe they may explain about their Regulator, what is this about are they planning to hang BaFin…..or something like that
@4evermaat . Thanks for your comment.Again for the record:
Let's try to invite @IC Markets to this thread and see their side of the argument.
Can you follow this tutorial please? https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/comm...how-to-invite-a-company-to-your-thread.58438/
Also, can you upload a full copy of your trading history, as shown in this tutorial: https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/comm...ccount-trade-history-statements-part-1.63543/
I do think that you should slow down and make sure you are following the instructions that are given to you.@4evermaat . Thanks for your comment.
We just exchanged documents with AFCA recently. I will have to get legal advise to make sure it does not cause any conflict with our current AFCA dispute.
From what I experienced, they do not rely on evidences much and looks like consumers have a little chance with them probably little worst than old FOS. Wish I could take the case to NCAT.
I just submitted my review and trying to link it to my post..
It's a good idea though. Thanks for your advice mate.
What did they say was their reason for not meeting any clients at their office? (even if an appointment is made).I called them this morning and requested to meet their manager at Sydney office . They said they do not meet anyone here but will get back to me to arrange a time to talk .I'm waiting to hear from them. Lets see how it goes. I just shared my experience here. not looking for drama but some people were not happy and I was just defending myself. that's all.
I'm was their client too mate but I doubt about good reputation among traders. Kindly check the scam alert, you will see other complaints as well. Some resolved and some unresolved. What's the bottom line?
Such a well-known and having a pretty good reputation among traders company was mentioned in scam alerts.
Let's be honest. I have lost deposits with different brokers, including ICmarkets many times, but it never occurred to me to write on forums first and then deal with the company.
It is always wiser to do the opposite. Perhaps your question will be solved and you won't ruin the company's reputation.
