Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.

We just exchanged documents with AFCA recently. I will have to get legal advise to make sure it does not cause any conflict with our current AFCA dispute.
From what I experienced, they do not rely on evidences much and looks like consumers have a little chance with them probably little worst than old FOS. Wish I could take the case to NCAT.
I just submitted my review and trying to link it to my post..
It's a good idea though. Thanks for your advice mate.
I called them this morning and requested to meet their manager at Sydney office . They said they do not meet anyone here but will get back to me to arrange a time to talk .I'm waiting to hear from them. Lets see how it goes. I just shared my experience here. not looking for drama but some people were not happy and I was just defending myself. that's all.
What's the bottom line?
Such a well-known and having a pretty good reputation among traders company was mentioned in scam alerts.
Let's be honest. I have lost deposits with different brokers, including ICmarkets many times, but it never occurred to me to write on forums first and then deal with the company.
It is always wiser to do the opposite. Perhaps your question will be solved and you won't ruin the company's reputation.
