Thwarted by the stock markets

    For those who don't know, a perfectly planned trade based on technical analysis of a pair in multiple timed charts isn't perfectly planned unless you also analyze the charts of the stock markets.

    It's really easy to ignore, and if you trade commodity currencies (risk) or commodities, you'll watch the price blast into your stop and it'll look like a trip to bizarro land.

    Pay more attention to it than I did on my recent bad trades.:nerd:

    More specifically I've been nailed repeatedly by gold in the past two weeks as the spikes in the stock markets have been taking it for a choppy rollercoaster ride. As of today, I've removed it from my tradeable pairs.
