    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.

Problem Tickmill has covered a negative balance on one of my accounts with my profits and has manipulated a trade I executed.

I am having an issue with a company


Hello, I am using a broker called Tickmill which has transferred my profits to cover a negative balance without my consent and manipulated a trade I executed.

This broker illegally transferred money from my wallet to an account that had a negative balance, mind you they offer negative balance protection.
Furthermore, I believe and have evidence that a buy trade at market execution I placed on 6/12/2024 at 15:29.56pm. Ticket number 51010287, Price executed at 2315.68 and S/L at 2313.90, closing price at 2313.11 was manipulated and blew my account. Please note that although the time is shown as 15.29.56 it is 14.29.56 in South Africa

Please find attached to this thread screenshots of other platforms and brokers at the same time. I am certain that the price did not reach My S/L neither did it reach the price at which the trade was closed.

To make matters worse they have temporarily disabled the withdrawal option on my ZAR wallet without reason
