i only want to comment about close by function and MT4 trade with 0.00 lot

when was it close (in profit or loss).
2. The trade above was close at 11:33.23(what is the price at that time to when it opened) with a loss of 63.20

4. how can a trade with ticket no 35927640 close with 0.00 lot (how did mt4 open trae @ 0.00 lot)
5. The "close by" function refer to, which i can see as partial close never existed on tickmill mt4 platform
6. there was no major news in order to make claims at liquidity related problems.

I checked the files you uploaded and explanation presented by Tickmill and it is ok. That's how close by function works and you clearly used it to close the trades you are now arguing about.
Grabthatpip already showed you MT4 has close by option and how it works on his screenshot. If you want to check it yourself open buy and sell trades on same currency pair, then right click on one of them, click close and in Type: change from Market execution to Close by or Multiple close by. The result will be similar to what you have on your Tickmill trading account.
