1. where is the trade with this particular - 35605254 2015.09.09 23:55:24 buy 0.10 nzdusd 0.64013
when was it close (in profit or loss).

2. The trade above was close at 11:33.23(what is the price at that time to when it opened) with a loss of 63.20

35605254 2015.09.09 23:55:24 buy 0.10 nzdusd 0.64013 0.00000 0.00000 2015.09.18 11:33:25 0.63381 0.26 0.00 3.06 -63.20

3.how come the same trade was executed at the same time i.e 11:33:25, Those below

35605254 2015.09.09 23:55:24 buy 0.10 nzdusd 0.64013 0.00000 0.00000 2015.09.18 11:33:25 0.63381 0.26 0.00 3.06 63.20
35927640 2015.09.17 20:39:29 sell 0.00 nzdusd 0.63381 0.00000 0.00000 2015.09.18 11:33:25 0.63381 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.00

4. how can a trade with ticket no 35927640 close with 0.00 lot (how did mt4 open trae @ 0.00 lot)

5. The "close by" function refer to, which i can see as partial close never existed on tickmill mt4 platform

6. there was no major news in order to make claims at liquidity related problems.

Those are the facts of my claims which all is in document attached.

Thank you

Hello,

We would like to present some facts. "Close by" is a standard, MT4 build-in function. You can use it while trading with Tickmill and almost every other broker that supports MT4 platform. When you will use that function to close your trade, second order will be visible in a history as 0.00 lots , 0.00 commission 0.00 profit etc and all profit/loss will be merged into first order.

Quick example: Let's assume you have buy order with 100 USD profit and sell order with 120 USD loss. You close them using "Close by" function. The result is: your first trade will be closed with -20 USD loss and second order will have 0 USD profit/loss. That's how it works.

If you enable comments in the MT4 platform and you will see such comment in your history:

"close hedge by #order_number".

You had 2 orders:
35605254 2015.09.09 23:55:24 buy 0.10 nzdusd 0.64013
and
35927640 2015.09.17 20:39:29 sell 0.18 nzdusd 0.63381

Basically you hedged buy order with the sell order opened 2015.09.17 at price 0.63381.
When you used function "close by" this hedge (0.10 lot buy and 0.10 from sell) was closed.

That is why your order no 35605254 has -63.20 USD, order no 35927640 has 0.00 USD and close price is 0.63381. This also caused the trades to be closed at exact same time.

We recommend to check this basic function of the MT4 platform on demo account, to avoid such mistakes in a future.

i want forexpeacearmy.com to check my facts and theirs, because tickmill seems unrepentant about their presentation which has no basis.

thank you

Hey Olalobere

I checked the files you uploaded and explanation presented by Tickmill and it is ok. That's how close by function works and you clearly used it to close the trades you are now arguing about.

Grabthatpip already showed you MT4 has close by option and how it works on his screenshot. If you want to check it yourself open buy and sell trades on same currency pair, then right click on one of them, click close and in Type: change from Market execution to Close by or Multiple close by. The result will be similar to what you have on your Tickmill trading account.

well let us wait for rep answer,
but sometimes accident can happen, when we scroll our mouse roller .when we want to do some market/instant execution, because of we accidentally roll our mouse roller, we choose multiple close by.

Everything is possible

but let us see how its going

I sincerely hope the official representative answers soon. I also hope that the person in this thread who has an IP overlap with the official rep uses "Contact Us" to explain this very soon.

It smells like profitable trader...

Profit Factor: 2.97
Relative drawdown: 4.4%
Profit trades (% of total): 88.24% !

Hi everyone I have a major problem with Tickmill brokers. The first time it happened, I thought it was me but now it's happened again and this time I KNOW that there is something wrong. I am detailing the problem to find out if anyone else has had the same or similar problem.

Trades that are CLOSED or CANCELLED on the android phone MT4 platform or laptop platform are not being closed out on the corresponding platform on the phone or laptop. Trades on my laptop platform are not showing up on the Android phone platform and vise-versa.

This happened again today. I closed out a XAUUSD trade on my phone and also cancelled ALL of the pending trades that showed up on my phone MT4 platform. However when I switched on my laptop, it showed an open trade on EURNZD! This has caused me to lose $10 today as well as $68 a month ago on a GBPAUD trade when exactly the same thing occurred.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Dear Jerry

Your message and input are highly appreciated. Let me elaborate on your mentioned issue.
I assume you have a live MT4 account with Tickmill, the best way to be transparent to everyone, including the participants in this forum is to take a direct screenshot of your phone MT4 terminal and your laptop Terminal and send it to us so we could investigate further. Although your mentioned issue is technically impossible, since there is no way for a trade to be executed in your phone terminal and still be open on your laptop terminal, the only reason would be your internet connectivity to be of low standards that is why you visualized such discrepancy. I would recommend you send us such direct screenshots from both of your terminals as well as provide us with account number and trades number and we will revert to you publicly in this forum so everything would be transparent.
