I have been approached by Oliver Hargreaves’s (Partner) in the above Firm.
He has offered me the following deal

Investment of 300,000
Guaranteed fixed rate of 13.75%
Paid Monthly
My Capital if required would be returned within 48hrs.

Sounds too good to be true. Possible Ponzi?
Would welcome your thoughts

First, take your $300,000 and run away as fast as you can!

If anyone could really offer 13.75% per year guaranteed, why aren't they on the cover of all the financial magazines? Guaranteed 13.75% per month is pure fiction.

What's the website of this company? Did this guy contact you from an email at that domain or some other domain?

Yes agreed. He has sent me documentation about the fund that is based in Luxembourg. Also I asked him for proof of regulation! This guy could be cloning the situation. It could be anyone behind the keyboard/phone.
