I got a call from James, giving me a good promo saying that if i added 1k, he would put 2k, and that would be 3k in my account, the 1k. is protected and the 2k is the bonus to be traded, i overall put 6000$ which brought my account to 9k, that being said, they have placed trades for me that lost. and now refusing my withdraw, the agreement i had with James was that whatever i win goes to my balance whatever i lose goes to my account, i am hoping to get my 6000$ back, they are not responding and are being nasty. they took my balance without my consent. and has locked the account, all because i am asking to get ahold of james, they are saying i am annoying them, and are very rude. they have violated the agreement i had with James. which is in email what can i do. and how can i take any steps into getting my money Thanks
